UniMould is equipped with its own in-house foundry and associated manufacturing. It features the latest technologically advanced laboratory equipment that control the metallurgical process and measure the chemical composition by spectral and thermal analysis for optimum mould production.
All castings are annealed for producing the highest quality lamellar / nodular graphite cast iron moulds required for intense glass production.
The foundry is a key factor in allowing us to control quality and react quickly to customer requirements.
